Is my initial meeting with the Rollins Law Office free?

Typically. We typically give at least a 30 minute initial consultation without any charge. But, it depends on the type of case and also on your particular circumstances in your case.  For example, Personal Injury and social security consultations are always free regardless of length. Please contact us for more information.

What type of cases are typically contingency fee?

Personal Injury and Social Security area always contingency fee.

Immigration is always a flat fee.

What is a contingency fee?

A contingency fee is where the client pays nothing up front. The attorney only takes a fee when the client wins, settles, or otherwise receives compensation.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Of course in contingency fee cases, there are no upfront fees. In retained, hourly, flat fee, or other cases, we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. At our discretion we may also take payment plans, real estate, personal property or anything else of value depending on the situation.

Do you take any cases for free (Pro Bono)?

Yes, we volunteer hundreds of hours a year to helping people that would otherwise not be able to obtain a lawyer. Our pro bono practice is dependent on our free time but if your particular situation is compelling, contact us to discuss it in more detail.
