Remember you only have sixty days from the date of your denial to appeal the decision. If you have already been denied, please have all of your documents with you at your consultation. The most important document is the actual denial letter itself.

It is vitally important that you do not wait until the last minute before your hearing to contact us. There are dozens of tasks that typically have to be completed before you go to the hearing. As soon as you are denied for the second time, it is absolutely imperative to contact a lawyer to adequately prepare.
